Route 1 – The Peaks and Volcanoes Route

Enjoy all the highs and lows that the beautiful French landscape has to offer. Your journey will take you through Meymac, Lanobre, La Bourboule, Mont Dore, Lac Chambon, St Nectaire, Puy De Dome, Vulcania, Aubusson, Vassiuiere, Ouradour and Treiganc.

Nestled within sleeping volcanoes these many exquisite French towns and villages are steeped in history and full of amazing architecture. Take in the breathtaking views and learn about French heritage and culture.

Route 2 – The Lighthouse West Route

Head towards the Atlantic coast and spoil yourself with plenty of picturesque villages along the way. This route enables you to learn about World War II, Cognac Brandy, the City of Horses, French Cuisine, Maritime towns and more. Take in the beautiful French fishing villages along the coast and be amazed and the scenery on the way.

Explore Arnac, Pompadour, Hautefort, Brantome / Villard, Angouleme, Cognac Royan, Ile d’oleron, Rochefort, Marennes, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, La Rochefoucault and Ouradour along this well planned route out to the Atlantic coast.

Route 3 – The Bordeaux Route

If wine is your thing – then this Route de Bordelais route is for you! Discover the famous wine region of Bordeaux and see for yourself the many vineyards, castles, markets, cathedrals, museums, shops, cafes, restaurants and night life this route has in store…

Soak up Les Eyzies, Le Bugue, Bergerac, St Emilion, Blaye, Bordeaux, Pauillac, Vignobles, Lacanau, Arcachon, Pyla, Pèrigueux, Arnac Pompadour and Le Lonzac and get a taste for all that this part of France has to offer.

As well as vineyards and history, this route enables you to enjoy the coast and France’s world-famous Grande Dune de Pilat – the highest sand dune in Europe. This is something created by Mother Nature that needs to be seen to be believed.

Route 4 – The Earth & its Treasures Route

You will be spoiled on this route with breathtaking scenery and quintessentially French villages that will amaze you with their beauty and with their precarious clifftop locations! Enjoy the views from your luxury motorhome and then stop to explore at your leisure.

With lots of towns and villages to feast your eyes on, the ‘Earth & its Treasures’ route includes spectacular places such as Collonges-la-Rouge, Bretenoux, Gouffre de Padirac, Rocamadour, Saint-Cirq-Lapopie, Villefranche de Rouergue, Lac de Parelou, Millau, Roquefort, Mont Aigoual, Severac Le Château, Canyon of Bozoul, Conques, Salers and Pay de Mauriac.

Gouffre de Padirac is home to a labyrinth of natural underground caverns 103 meters below ground. You can explore these caverns on foot and by boat, which travels along the small underground river. A must-see tourist attraction if you choose this route!

Route 5 – The Loire Valley Route

This route exposes you to French Châteaux heaven – a journey that is more like a fairy tale than a holiday! Your motorhome will take you back in history on this route with an abundance of castles and chateaus to explore and plenty of French history to learn about.

Enjoy the wonders that Château Chambord, Château de Chaumont, Chateau de Chenonceau and Château of Usse have to offer.

Manicured gardens, turreted roofs, medieval fortresses and history around every corner – you certainly won’t get bored on this route!

Route 6 – The Route des Cannes & Gorges

Cannes – famous for its film festival, Nîmes – which is drenched in history, Castallane – situated at 2375 feet above sea level and the beautiful Moustiers Sainte Marie and Les Salles-sur-Verdon will not disappoint!
