The legendary French dry vermouth isn’t just for martinis.

NOILLY® CASSIS

Recipe:

3.5 parts NOILLY PRAT® Original French Dry Vermouth

1 part Crème de Cassis

Garnish: 2 lemon peels

Glassware: Rocks glass (33cl, 110z)

Method:  Pour NOILLY PRAT® Original French Dry Vermouth and Crème de Cassis in a rocks glass, fill the glass with cubed ice, and give it a quick stir. Squeeze one lemon peel over the glass to release its natural zest. Garnish with fresh lemon peel.

 

L’ESCALIER NOILLY®

Recipe:

1 large orange peel, spiraled

2 parts NOILLY PRAT® Original French Dry Vermouth

1 part OTARD® Cognac
Top off with Ginger Ale

Glassware: Highball or Sling glass

Method: Before icing the glass, peel a whole orange with a peeler. Gently place the orange peel spiral in the glass, spiraling up from the bottom to the top of the glass. Put cubed ice down through the center of the spiral. Add NOILLY PRAT® Original French Dry Vermouth and OTARD® Cognac, and top off with Ginger Ale. To enjoy the full flavor, serve without a straw.

 

THE ULTIMATE FRENCH MARTINI

Recipe:

1 part NOILLY PRAT® Original French Dry Vermouth

4 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka

Garnish: Olive or lemon twist

Glassware: Martini glass

Method: Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Stir well and strain into a chilled Martini cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive or lemon twist.
