Shopping in Paris: Anthropologie Opens at BHV Marais

Good news for Anthropologie fans! The beloved American fashion and lifestyle brand has arrived on the Continent- with its first store in Paris. Located on the ground floor of BHV Marais, the world-famous department store, the Anthropologie boutique opened on September 5.

You’ll find clothing, accessories, jewelry, and also a collection of home furnishings and house wares– including linens, dishware and candles—that reflect the Autumn “Field” theme. An added plus: new arrivals will hit the shelves every three weeks.

The prices—to quote L’Express—range from 6 euros for a kitchen utensil to 323 euros for a leather handbag. Buzz: The Colombian designer Catherine Zoraida created a jewelry collection to celebrate Anthropologie’s arrival in the French capital.

Part of the Urban Outfitters group, Anthropologie already operates three boutiques in the UK, but this is the first in continental Europe.
