My daughter and I recently spent an enjoyable afternoon shopping away in this village that’s like a picture postcard with cobbled streets, pretty boutiques, awnings and art installations. The amazing service and hospitality we experienced added to our relaxed mood at this chic, open-air outlet. Visitors in the Village are referred to as ‘guests’, and there is a range of services offered to make visits as effortless as possible, including valet parking, concierge services, personal shoppers, VIP areas and multilingual staff. The Customer Care Center offers helpful information to ensure you have a wonderful experience.

Setting our minds to shopping, we had a field day. La Vallée offers more than 110 national and international luxury fashion and lifestyle boutiques, including Armani, Burberry, Céline, Dolce & Gabbana, Ferragamo, Gucci, Lacoste, Baccarat and Lalique, among the many famous brands. There are many mid-range brands as well.

Shopping takes energy! Strolling through the Village we had no problem satisfying our cravings, sampling the delicious treats at the many different kiosks. It was a tough choice between Amorino, La Maison du Chocolat, Ladurée and Pierre Hermé. Lunchtime at La Vallée offers the option between a lovely café or restaurant.

In this beautiful setting we not only enjoyed our shopping spree, but we also had a wonderful day out. The motto for La Vallée Village is “Something Extraordinary Every Day”. From the charming ambience and attentive service, to the great discounts, our experience was pure pleasure and actually quite extraordinary!

I have thought about going there, but I am not a fashion person, I wear jeans all the time and am over 80 years. Is there anything for an old lady other than food. Would it be worth my going. etc
