Le Fooding Releases 2015 Guide

Calling all food lovers in France! Le Fooding’s 2015 Restaurant Guide has just been released. Founded in 2000 as a new culinary movement, Le Fooding [1]—which takes its name from the contraction of “food” and “feeling”—publishes a guide and hosts international events. (For an interesting background, see Adam Gopnik’s 2010 essay in The New Yorker. [2])

The guide’s 14th annual edition features 900 restaurants throughout France, plus a map to the 50 best street food operators in Paris, and a guide to food and wine pairings. Of particular note are Le Fooding’s 2015 award-winners…
