The stories range from the 19th century to the present day, and include tales by well-known writers such as Colette, Guy de Maupassant, Didier Daeninckx, and Georges Simenon, and less familiar names such as Francis Carco, Aurélie Filippetti, and Arnaud Baignot. Together they present a vivid picture of Paris’s streets in a variety of literary styles and tones.
