Be sure to catch this remarkable exhibit on the everyday life of wealthy families in France, from the late 17th to the late 19th century, as portrayed by nearly 200 paintings, drawings, graphic works, furnishings, costumes, accessories, jewelry and familiar necessities, from combs, brushes and perfume bottles to tableware, toys and games—all displayed in a museum that was itself a private mansion for nearly three centuries.
