Don’t miss this festival of Chinese art, including Son of Heaven, a broad survey of Chinese history from 3500 BC to the Qing dynasty of 1644-1912, with some 250 art works, bronze vessels, costumes, ritual objects, scrolls and astronomical instruments (through Jan 24); and The State of Things, Brussels/Beijing, with works by 50 Belgian and Chinese contemporary artists. Also on the program: photo exhibits, films, concerts and puppet theater performances (through Jan 10).
