Le Vieux Café Holiday Home, Lairoux: A three bedroomed holiday home sleeping up to 8 guests and set in a quiet village overlooking a wetland valley. An ideal spot for families – with a large heated pool, huge games room and a large enclosed garden and only a 20 minute drive to the beach at La Tranche sur mer. Open all year, well equipped and dogs are welcome. Can be rented together with L’Ecurie Holiday Home on the same plot.
L’Écurie Holiday Home, Lairoux: A family friendly 2 bedroom holiday home sleeping up to 5 guests and set across a courtyard from Le Vieux Café. 12m x 7m heated pool, well-stocked games room and large gardens – only 15 minutes from the beach at La Faute sur Mer. Open all year, great for families, dogs are welcome and perfect location for birdwatchers and nature lovers.
Les Ammonités, Sainte Cécile: A 3 bedroom restored farmhouse that sleeps up to 6 guests and set across a courtyard from La Maison du Soleil. Ideal location for exploring the peaceful countryside and only 30 minutes away from the Amazing Puy du Fou Theme Park. There is a heated pool and dogs are accepted from October until May each year.

La Maison du Soleil Holiday Home, Sainte Cecile: Two bedroom holiday home sleeping 4 guests and set together with Les Ammonites Holiday Home. Heated pool & large gardens with great views over the surrounding countryside. Ideal location for visiting the Puy du Fou and great for families, cyclists and fishing. Open all year and Dogs accepted October until May.
Résidence des Papillons
Résidence des Papillons is a 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom newly renovated holiday home – stone building with a modern décor, set in a large garden with heated pool. Ideal for family groups or friends wanting to holiday together. Village location and less than an hour to the beach or the Puy du Fou. Open from May until October each year.
The Cornflowers Holiday Home, Lairoux: An old stone farmhouse with a modern stylish twist! Comfortable four-bedroom holiday home sleeping 8 guests with private garden and heated pool in a small hamlet only five minutes from the bustling town of Luçon and 20 minutes from the coast at La Tranche sur Mer. Open Easter until October each year & Dogs are welcome.
Les Pins du Phare
Les Pins du Phare Holiday Villa, La Tranche sur Mer: Only 400 metres from one of the long sandy beaches at La Tranche sur Mer, this four-bedroom villa with private heated pool and quiet location is ideal for relaxing and taking in the entertainment on offer in this busy seaside town. Sleeps up to 8 guests and dogs are welcome.
La Métairie Holiday Home, La Chapelle-Themer: Set in a quiet country hamlet and surrounded by fields of sunflowers and maize; this three-bedroom restored farmhouse can cater for up to 6 guests, with heated pool and large garden is a great place to relax and unwind with a glass of local wine. Only 40 minutes from the Puy du Fou Theme Park.

Gite le Tournesol, La Chapelle-Themer: A two-bedroom holiday home for 4 guests with heated 10m x 5m swimming pool and country location yet only a five-minute drive to a bustling market town and 40 minutes to the Puy du Fou Theme Park. Open from May until October and up to 2 Dogs are welcome.
Gite des Forges
Gite des Forges, Angles: This renovated farm building now offers modern facilities for up to five guests in two bedrooms. It is set in a quiet street in a bustling town with restaurants, shops and a weekly market, only 10 minutes from the fantastic beaches at Les Conches and La Terrière. Open from May until October and only 15 minutes from the O’Gliss Water Park. Dogs welcome.
Villa Macha is a 3 bedroom newly renovated stone cottage with lots of old world charm. There is a pool, garden with fruit trees and it is set in a pretty hamlet near the bustling town of Sainte Hermine. Less than an hour to the beaches of the Southern Vend3e and with great motorway connections.
Le Gite Tranquille, La Chapelle-Themer: A peaceful getaway surrounded by cherry and walnut orchards, with private garden and two bedrooms (sleeping up to five guests). A perfect location for cycling or walking through the quiet lanes, bird spotting and just soaking up the scenery. Open all year and only 40 minutes to the Puy du Fou Theme Park.
Villa Moricq, Angles: A four bedroom, 8 person, holiday villa set on the edge of the bustling town of Angles only a 10 minute drive to the beach at Les Conches – famous for its great waves! Family friendly villa with heated pool and private garden. Great area for cycling with quiet country lanes and interesting scenery and lots of wildlife to see.

We have been successfully running our own two holiday homes – Maison Lairoux (www.maisonlairoux.com) – since the 2007 season, and the following year, we then started to manage the marketing and reservations of other holiday homes in the area. We now have a portfolio of around 20 properties that we know well and have a good relationship with the property owners.
