Warm hospitality and informality seem to be new keywords at many of Normandy’s best new tables. L’Endroit, Honfleur’s trendiest bistrot, is delightfully convivial, with a loftlike, vaguely industrial decor and an appealing menu of dishes like baby clams with chorizo, squid prepared carbonara style and an upside-down tart of rabbit with olive tapenade.
